| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨TBL模式在阶段性考核中应用的可能性和效果评估。方法：将桂林医学院2011级临床、口腔医学本科535名学生随机分组,进行个人和小组测试,并分析成绩和问卷调查。结果：小组测试的成绩明显高于个人测试。65.58%的学生认同这种考核方式。结论：TBL模式应用于考核,有助于学生对知识的理解及应用,提高学习兴趣。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the possibility of the team-based learning（ TBL） applied in the periodical exam and its effect evaluation. Methods： 535 students in 2011 of the clinical and oral medicine department of Guilin Medical University were randomly divided into a number of teams. Scores of individual test and group test and questionnaire survey results were analyzed. Results： Group test scores were significantly higher than individual test scores. More than 65. 58% students were satisfied with the group evaluation approach. Conclusion： Using TBL in the periodical exam can improve the students＇ ability of understanding and application of knowledge,and improve the learning interest. |
