摘    要:目的:探讨TBL模式在阶段性考核中应用的可能性和效果评估。方法:将桂林医学院2011级临床、口腔医学本科535名学生随机分组,进行个人和小组测试,并分析成绩和问卷调查。结果:小组测试的成绩明显高于个人测试。65.58%的学生认同这种考核方式。结论:TBL模式应用于考核,有助于学生对知识的理解及应用,提高学习兴趣。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the possibility of the team-based learning( TBL) applied in the periodical exam and its effect evaluation. Methods: 535 students in 2011 of the clinical and oral medicine department of Guilin Medical University were randomly divided into a number of teams. Scores of individual test and group test and questionnaire survey results were analyzed. Results: Group test scores were significantly higher than individual test scores. More than 65. 58% students were satisfied with the group evaluation approach. Conclusion: Using TBL in the periodical exam can improve the students' ability of understanding and application of knowledge,and improve the learning interest.
