摘    要:目的:分析LBL、PBL、CBL与PBL相结合教学法在口腔黏膜病教学中的效果并进行比较。方法:选取中国医科大学五年制口腔医学专业90名学生作为研究对象,随机分成3组,分别接受LBL教学法(A组)、PBL教学法(B组)、CBL结合PBL教学法(C组)。通过问卷调查和口腔黏膜病学考试两项指标对教学效果进行评价。结果:C组总体优于A、B组。结论:CBL与PBL相结合教学法在口腔黏膜病教学中是可行的。

Comparative research of LBL,PBL and CBL combined with PBL in the Practice of Oral Mucosal Diseases Teaching

Abstract:Objective: To explore the effect of problem-based learning( PBL) combined with case-based learning( CBL) in the practice of oral mucosal diseases teaching. Methods: 90 students were evenly divided into three groups: the LBL group( A),the PBL group( B) and the combined group( C). The teaching effectiveness was evaluated by subjective questionnaire and objective test. Results: The evaluation shows that group C is significantly superior to group A and B. Conclusions: PBL combined with CBL,can improve the effect of oral mucosal diseases teaching and should be engaged in oral mucosal diseases teaching gradually.
