摘    要:八年制高等医学教育是高等教育改革进程中建立的培养高层次临床医学人才新模式,其目标是培养具有医学博士学位的少数高层次医学人才.由于受到传统教育思想、教育体制、科研条件等因素的限制,存在着重教学轻科研,教学和科研相脱离的现象,对八年制医学生科研能力的培养还不够正规.在八年制科研能力的培养模式上,采用了授课、实验室见习、临床与科研相结合、CBL教学法的系统训练.有效地提高了八年制医学生从临床提出科研问题的能力,系统的培养了八年制医学生的科研素质.

Abstract:Eight years medical education system is a new model to train the high level and professional medical student. Due to the limitations of traditional education ideas, the education system, research conditions and other factors, teaching and learning are focused on clinical training. The basic research training is absent, which hinder the development of the medical students in the future. In our study, we used some methods such as public lecture, laboratory experiment and CBL teaching method to improve the basic and clinical research ability.
