摘 要: | 目的:了解本科护生元认知能力现状,探讨本科护生自我效能感与元认知能力的相关性,为培养高素质护理人才提供参考。方法:采用大学生《元认知能力量表》和《一般自我效能感量表》对山东省某医学院校507名护理本科生进行调查。结果:(1)本科护生元认知能力总分为80.77±4.30,元认知能力偏低;(2)高年级本科护生元认知能力大于低年级本科护生元认知能力;(3)统招本科护生元认知能力大于高职本科护生元认知能力;(4)喜欢护理专业的本科护生元认知能力大于不喜欢护理专业的本科护生元认知能力,有统计学意义(P〈0.05);(5)本科护生自我效能感与元认知能力存在正相关关系(r=0.689,P﹤0.05)。结论:本科护生的自我效能感越高,其元认知能力越强。

Abstract: | To investigate the meta-cognitive ability of the nursing undergraduates ; to explore the characteristics of self-efficacy has posi- tive relationship with meta-cognitive ability, so as to provide the reference for the training of high quality nursing personnel. Methods : 507 nursing undergraduates in a medical college of Shandong province were investigated by using the following question areas. The aca- demic self-efficacy scale and general self-designed questionnaire were used to measure the Meta-cognitive ability. Results: The total score of meta-cognitive ability of nursing undergraduates was 80.77 + 4.30. The senior nursing undergraduates, ordinary nursing un- dergraduates, and those nursing undergraduates who like the nursing major had the higher scores. The self-efficacy of nursing undergraduates had positive correlation with their meta-cognitive ability (r = 0. 689, P 〈 0.05 ).
