| 摘 要： | 目的：评价中医专科医师超声医学培训体系的质量。方法：选择2012年1月至12月间在超声科培训的中医专科医师34名,按超声科培训模式培养,比较培训前后的笔试、操作技能及读图成绩,并与同期培训的24名西医住院医师比较。结果：中医专科医师培训前后的各项成绩有统计学差异（P〈0.05）；中医专科医师与西医住院医师的各项成绩培训前大部分有统计学差异（P〈0.05）,培训后均无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。结论：超声医学培训体系可显著提高中医专科医师的超声水平。

| Abstract: | Objective： To evaluate the effect of the training mode of Chinese medicine specialist and to provide a basis to improve the quality of the ultrasonic medical training system of Chinese medicine specialist. Methods： The sample consisted of 34 Chinese medicine specialist who were trained in the Department of Ultrasound from January to December 2012. Paper test results,operating skills and medical imaging reading skills before and after the training were compared. Result： There was statistical significance for results prior and after the training（ P 〈 0. 05）. Most test results indicated that there were statistical significance between Chinese medicine specialists and western medicine residents（ P〈 0. 05）. After training,there were no statistical significance between them（ P 〉0. 05）. Conclusion： This training system can significantly improve the quality of ultrasonic training system for Chinese medicine specialist. |
