摘    要:目的:为了提高口腔修复专业本科临床实习教学效果,在口腔固定修复实习中尝试OSCE教学。方法:选择本院2008级口腔专业本科学生,进行实习前OSCE专项培训及考核,并与常规实习学生进行比较。结果:在临床活髓基牙固定修复治疗中,实验组学生在牙体预备时间及急症发生率等方面明显优于对照组。结论:OSCE在口腔固定修复本科实习教学中显示了良好的教学效果,值得在口腔修复专业实习教学中进行推广。

A study on the application of OSCE in undergraduate clinical practice teaching in Fixed Prosthodontics

Abstract:Objective: To explore a new method of OSCE in the clinical practice of fixed prosthodontics to improve teaching effect of undergraduate clinical practice. Methods: Choose stomatology undergraduate of 2008 grade in our hospital as subjects. Conduct special OSCE training before clinical practice,and compare them to the regular training students. Results: In vital fixed restoration therapy,the experimental group was much better than the control group in both preparation time and the incidence of acute. Conclusion: OSCE method showed good effect on clinical teaching of undergraduate in fixed restoration,and it is worth being promoted in the whole prosthodontics teaching.
