食管癌高发区人胎儿食管上皮的透射电镜观察

摘    要:目的 了解食管癌高发区人胎儿食管上皮的超微结构改变.方法 电镜和光镜观察.结果 13周胎儿的食管上皮为复层扁平上皮,有3~5层细胞.细胞结构较清晰细胞间连接以中间连接为主,较少缝隙连接.24~28周时上皮增至4~10层, 细胞结构清晰,细胞间连接以缝隙连接为主,较少中间连接.结论 13~28周胎儿食管上皮中,细胞连接缝隙连接渐占优势,可能为食管癌高发区胎儿食管上皮发育超微结构特点之一.

Abstract:Objective To find out the ultrastructure change of human fetal esophageal epithelium in the high incidence area of esophageal cancer. Methods The changes were observed by electron microscope and light microscope. Results At 13 weeks, the morphologic structure of fetal esophageal epithelium was stratified squamous epithelium with 3-5 cell layers. The cellularity was relatively clear. The majority of cell junction was intermediate junction and with less gap junction. During 24- 28 weeks, the epithelial layer increased to 4-10 layers, the cellularity was clear, with more gap junction and less intermediate junction. Conclusion gap junction held predominance gradually in human fetal esophageal epithelium from 13 to 28 weeks. Maybe it is one of the ultrastructure characters in the evolution of human fetal esophageal epithelium.
