重症急性胰腺炎早期胃肠道功能复苏护理的临床研究

目的探讨重症急性胰腺炎早期胃肠道功能复苏的方法。方法对我院2003年6月-2007年6月确诊的重症急性胰腺炎35例采用了中西医结合为主的“三步法”序贯复苏胃肠功能;与2000年1月-2003年6月的31例的常规综合治疗方法对比分析。结果“三步法”序贯复苏胃肠功能的方法,肠道功能恢复、启动肠内营养的时间先于对照组。结论“三步法”用于重症急性胰腺炎病人的早期胃肠功能复苏,安全、有效。

Clinical research on nursing of early gastrointestinal function recovery of patients with severe acute pancreatitis

Objective To probe the nursing methods for early gastrointestinal function recovery of patients with severe acute pancreatitis.Methods Thirty-five cases with severe acute pancreatitis were collected from June 2003 to June 2007 and all the 35 cases received ＂three-step＂ persistent perfusion of western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）.The results were analyzed and compared with those of the contrast group in which 30 cases received traditional treatment.Results Gastrointestinal recovery and the start of enteral nutrition in the experimental group were earlier than those in the contrast group.Conclusions It is safe and effective for early gastrointestinal recovery of patients with severe acute pancritits to carry out the＂three-step＂ persistent perfusion.
