小儿支原体肺炎T细胞亚群和免疫球蛋白水平的变化与分析

目的观察T细胞亚群和免疫球蛋白水平在支原体肺炎中的变化,探讨其在支原体肺炎发病中的作用。方法选择2006年3月至2009年3月在本院确诊为支原体肺炎(MPP)的患儿共121例,按照疾病严重程度分为重症MPP组23例,普通MPP组98例。对照组为同期健康体检儿童,共25例。分别检测T淋巴细胞亚群及免疫球蛋白指标。结果CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+指标在重症MPP组和普通MPP组、对照组间有显著差异(P0.05)。IgAI、gM在重症MPP组和普通MPP组、对照组间有显著差异(P0.05)。而IgG指标在三组之间无明显差别。结论免疫功能低下可能在支原体肺炎疾病的发病过程中起到重要作用。

Changes of levels of T lymphocyte subsets and immunoglobulin in pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia

Objective The study was designed to observe the changes of the levels of T lymphocyte subsets and immunoglobulin in the mycoplasma pneumonia,and to investigate their role in the pathogenesis of mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods 121 cases diagnosed as mycoplasma pneumonia were selected in our hospital from March of 2006 to March of 2009,and was divided into Severe MPP group(23 cases) and MPP group(98 cases) in accordance with the severity of the disease.25 healthy children were in the control group in the same period.T lymphocyte subsets and immunoglobulin index were detected respectively.Results Indicators of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ were significantly different in the Severe MPP,MPP group,and the control group(P<0.05).Indicators of IgA and IgM were significantly different in the three groups(P<0.05),while IgG showed no significant difference in the three groups.Conclusion Immuno-compromised system may play an important role in the pathogenesis of mycoplasma pneumonia.
