摘    要:海参是一种保健价值很高的海洋生物,一直被人们视为佐膳佳品和强身健体的滋补品。本文概述了海参可用于申报保健食品功能,如抗氧化、增强免疫力、缓解体力疲劳、去黄褐斑、降血压、降血脂等方面的药理研究,为海参作为申报一定保健功能的保健食品功能原料提供理论参考依据。

Abstract:Holothurian is one of the high health values of the marine life,has always been considered as restorative for body.This article provided an overview the function of holothurian used as health food,such as antioxidant,enhancing immunity,alleviating fatigue and removing chloasma,lowering blood pressure,hypolipidemic and other pharmacological research.To provide a theoretical basis for holothurian as the health food functional materials.
