| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性动脉粥样硬化脑梗死与血浆载脂蛋白C3及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的关系。方法收集60例急性动脉粥样硬化脑梗死患者作为观察组,测定入院后第二天的血清载脂蛋白C3、hs-CRP的含量,同时一周后复测hs-CRP的含量。收集30名健康成人列为对照组,测定血清载脂蛋白C3及hs-CRP的含量。结果观察组血清载脂蛋白C3的含量高于对照组,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组血清hs-CRP在急性明显高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),随着病情的好转hs-CRP逐渐下降,但仍高于健康对照组(P<0.01),与急性期比较,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清载脂蛋白C3、超敏C反应蛋白与动脉粥样硬化脑梗死有密切关系,超敏C反应蛋白的下降,可提示病情改善。
