| 摘 要： | 目的观察比索洛尔对老年心肺疾病患者肺功能的影响。方法对35例老年COPD患者和26例不伴有COPD的老年心血管疾病患者用比索洛尔治疗,分别于治疗前及治疗8周后测肺功能,观察两组FEV1、FEV1/FVC%、PEF、MMEF、FEF 50%的变化情况。结果 COPD组及非COPD组治疗前后FEV1、FEV1/FVC%、PEF、MMEF、FEF50%差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论比索洛尔对老年心肺疾病患者肺功能无明显影响,在老年心肺疾病患者中应用是安全的。
