扩大翼点入路开颅术治疗重型颅脑损伤临床研究

目的探讨扩大翼点入路开颅术在治疗重型颅脑损伤中的疗效。方法将76例重型颅脑损伤患者随机分为扩大翼点入路开颅组(治疗组)和常规骨瓣开颅组(对照组),每组38例。结果治疗组恢复良好者(良好+中残)25例(65.8%),明显高于对照组的14例(36.8%)(P<0.05)。治疗组的颅内压下降程度和速度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论扩大翼点入路开颅术是治疗重型颅脑损伤的有效手术方式,能够降低病死率,改善和提高患者的生存质量。

Clinical Study on Craniotomy via Extended Pterional Approach to Severe Brain Injury
