| 摘 要： | 目的探讨大脑后动脉-后交通动脉动脉瘤血管内治疗的可行性。方法回顾性分析第二军医大学附属长海医院神经外科采用血管内技术治疗的3例患者共3枚大脑后动脉-后交通动脉动脉瘤的临床资料,并应用多个关键词对Pubmed数据库进行文献检索,总结并分析相关文献资料。结果本组病例有2例采用单纯弹簧圈栓塞术,1例采用支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞术;3例患者术后均未出现神经功能缺损,未发生手术相关永久并发症;7~12个月的临床随访,3例患者均恢复良好,无临床症状加重。Pubmed数据库文献检索共得到1篇相关文献,报道了1例患者采用了血管内治疗技术,未发生任何技术相关永久并发症。结论大脑后动脉-后交通动脉动脉瘤的发生与颈内动脉闭塞关系密切,其血管内治疗技术上是可行的,安全性及有效性有待于大宗病例的进一步评价。
