| 摘 要： | 目的探讨原发性干燥综合征(PSS)患者的临床特点与各临床实验指标的相关性。方法分析97例PSS患者的临床资料,合并肺间质病变、甲状腺疾病的情况及血常规、抗核抗体、抗SSA、抗SSB抗体等检测结果,分析白细胞减低PSS与非白细胞减低PSS患者各临床指标的不同及与其相关性。结果 97例PSS患者中出现血液系统损害51例(52.6%),白细胞减少47例(48.5%),贫血28例(28.9%),血小板减少6例(6.2%)。47例白细胞减低PSS患者抗SSA、抗SSB抗体阳性率(31例,65.9%;18例,38.3%)高于无血液受损组(22例,44.0%;12例,24.0%);组间比较,两组间抗SSA抗体阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抗SSA抗体可能与PSS的血液系统损害,特别是白细胞减少相关。
