| 摘 要： | 慢性血管源性脑缺血疾病是神经外科常见病,该类疾病的动物模型有大鼠模型、小鼠模型和兔模型,可以用于低灌注所致慢性神经元退行性疾病、学习记忆力减退以及神经细胞功能改变等的研究。本文综述上述模型的制作方法,分析这些制作方法和模型的优缺点,并介绍慢性血管源性脑缺血的检测方法,探讨了各模型在临床慢性血管源性脑缺血疾病研究中的重要意义。

| Abstract: | Chronic vasogenic cerebral ischemic diseases are commom nowadays.There are many animal models that can be used for simulating human diseases.The diseases are resulted from chronic vasogenic cerebral ischemia.These models play important role in the reaserch of learning,memory and neurodegenerative diseases.In this article,we evaluated the advantages and disadvantages of these models.Meanwhile,the article reviewed the formation of these models,inspection of cerebral blood flow and briefly introduced their app... |
