某民营医院2005-2006年终末医疗质量分析

摘    要:目的探讨某民营医院医疗质量,总结工作经验,提高医疗服务质量。方法应用Excel对2005-2006年的5866份住院病案和12个月份考核统计报表进行数据处理。结果目前的医疗技术和服务支持民营医院的经营发展,进一步调整服务体系,打造医院品牌,扩大知名度势在必行。结论终末医疗质量考核在医院经营策略中起着重大作用,它客观地反映了医院的服务水平。

Abstract:Objective To study the medical quality of the private hospital and collect the working experiences. Methods The collecting related data is from 5866 medical records and quality evaluation reports and these data were calculated using the Microsoft Excel. Results The medical technology and medical service supported the development of the provite hospital, it was important to adjust the system of medical services and make hospital brand. Conclusion The evaluation of final medical quality was of high significance to the hospital management, it also showed the level of medical services.
