| 摘 要： | Endothelial cells ( ECs) are an i mportantsource of plasminogen activator inhibitor type-1(PAI-1) . PAI-1 is the major physiological inhibi-tor of fibrinolysis and has been considered as inde-pendent risk factor of coronary artery disease(CAD)[1].The higher content and activity of PAI-1 may reduce fibrinolysis ,then induce the i mbal-ance between coagulation and fibrinolysis .
