CT引导下臭氧治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床应用

目的探讨CT引导下臭氧治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效及安全性。方法经CT或MRI检查证实腰椎间盘突出症患者166例，盘内注入浓度为（65-75）μg／mL臭氧10-15mL，盘外（椎间孔）注入浓度为（40-60）μg／mL臭氧5～10mL。结果随访6-24个月，平均（18．08±7．31）个月，按照MacNab疗效评定标准进行分级：优108例，良32例，可16例，差10例，总有效率94％，优良率84．3％，术后无一例并发症，JOA评分手术前后比较差异有高度统计学意义（t=-20．56，P〈0．01）。结论CT引导下医用臭氧局部注射是治疗腰椎间盘突出的一种安全有效方法。

Treatment of lumbar disc herniation with CT guiding injection

Objective To assess the appied value of CT guiding injection of ozone in the treatment of lumbar vertebra disk herniationg.Methods All of 166 cases of patients with lumbar vertebra disc herniationg,which were confirmed by CT or MR,were included in the study.10-15 mL medical O3 was injected into interdisc under conceneration of(65-75) μg/ml,5-10 mL was injected into vicinity of intervertebral foramina under concentration of(40-60) μg/mL.Results All patients were followed up from 6 moths to 24 moths,average(18.08±7.3) months.According to MacNab systems,the results were excellent in cases,good in 108 cases,and poor in 10 cases.The excellent and good rate was 94%.Conclusion CT-guided percutaneous puncture intradiscal and paraspinal space ozoneinjection is a safe and effective method in the treatment of lumbar vertebra disk herniation.
