| 摘 要： | 本文报告经迷路后—幕上—幕下联合入路行桥小脑角肿瘤切除术7例,介绍了手术方法及结果。本术式可以从桥小脑角的上面前面及外后下面同时进入桥小脑角区,有利于肿瘤全切及保留面神经与听神经的功能,值得深入探讨。

| Abstract: | This paper pressents a route of combined retrolabyrinthine-supratentorio-subteatorial approach to remove cerebellopontine angle tumor in 7 patients. Five of them are acoustic neuromas. The operative method and results are mentioned. The main points of this route are; 1, removing most of the mastoid and the basic part of the petrcsal portion of the temporal bone, so that the anterio-lateral part of the posterior cranial fossa can be well exposed; 2, crosscutting the superior petrosus sinus, opening the tentorium, then the transversus sinus and the sigmoid sinus can be retracted inward, backward, and downward. In this way, the supratentorial approach and the subtentorial approach are combined into one. The cerebellopontine angle can be reached from superior, anterior, and lateral directions at same time. The tumor is well exposed, and the 7th to 10th cranial nerves are exposed clearly. So this may increase the chance of total removal of tne tumor, and protects the functions of the 7th and 8th cranial nerves. This route is worth being studied further. |
