高海拔地区40岁以上人群冠状动脉造影结果分析

目的：探讨高海拔地区（海拔2262m～4000m）40岁以上世居或移居人群冠状动脉病变特点及其危险因素。方法：根据冠脉造影结果将40岁以上行冠脉造影的120例分为冠心病组（74例）和非冠心病组（46例），分析其冠脉病变特点及危险因素。结果：冠心病家族史和血胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、甘油三酯水平为冠心病的主要危险因素（P〈0．05）；前降支受累率最高，汉族为79．69％，藏族为80％，两族C型病变多，双支病变及完全闭塞性病变发生率高。结论：高海拔地区40岁以上世居或移居人群冠状动脉病变程度重，且以男性为主，汉族世居与移居者冠脉病变程度差别无显著性。

Analysis of Coronary Arteriography in Population Aged over 40 Years at High Altitude

Objective:To probe the lesion and risk factors of coronary disease in the native and immigrant population aged over 40 years at high altitude. Methods: 120 subjects experienced coronary arteriography were divided into the coronary heart disease group (CHD, n=74) and non-coronary heart disease group (NCHD, n=46) according to coronary arteriography expression; and the characters and risk factors of disease were compared between two groups. Results: The main risk factors of coronary disease included following as :family history, total blood cholesterol, low density lipoprotein(LDL),and triglyceride(TG) level(P<0.05).The implicated rate of left anterior descending branch was the maximum (79.69% and 80% in Han and Tibetan respectively) and the change of lesion showed in the C type in Han and Tibetan. The occurrence rates of dual-branch lesion and full block cases were higher. Conclusions: The lesion of coronary artery in the native and immigrant aged over 40 years at high altitude is serious, especially the male. The lesion extent has not remarkably statistical difference between the native and immigrant population.
