高三学生考试焦虑状况研究

目的旨在调查高三学生的考试焦虑状况及其影响因素。方法随机抽取重庆市某中学高三学生为调查对象,采用考试焦虑测验表(TAT)进行问卷调查,并通过开放式问卷了解其目前心理状态及焦虑症状的产生原因。结果高三女生的考试焦虑水平极其显著地高于男生;城市学生的焦虑水平显著高于农村的学生,具体表现为城市女生最高,随后依次为农村女生、城市男生、农村男生;总体而言,高三学生处于轻度焦虑水平。结论高三学生表现出一定程度的考试焦虑状况,且存在显著的性别差异和城乡差异,提出今后应加强对高三学生(尤其是城市女生)的心理健康教育工作。

Research on The Test Anxious State of Graduating Student in High School

Objective To investgate the anxious state and influential factors in the Grade 3 high school students.Method By using the TAT,graduating students from a certain junior middle school in Chongqing were reviewed.The study also adopted open-end questionnaire to realize their mind state,as well as the reasons.Results The anxious level of schoolgirls was higher than schoolboys.The urban students' anxious level was higher than students in the country,concretely speaking,urban schoolgirls were highest in the anxious level,secondly,the schoolgirls in the country,thirdly,the urban schoolboys as follows,and the schoolboys in the country at last.Generally speaking,the graduating students were in the light anxious state.Conclusion The graduating students were in the state of anxiety,and the differences of sex amd origin were significant,moreover,the study put forward to strengthen psychological heath education for the graduating students,especially the schoolgirls.
