| Abstract: | Relationship on personnel quality and service quality were studied by Chi-square test and stepwise Logistic analysis of appraisal indicators of 367 doctors in township hospital. The results showed that knowledge, skill and attitude quality of doctors were main factors influencing service quality. Some policy-oriented suggestions in this part were strengthen of the whole quality and improvement of the medical care quality of doctors in township hospital. |
