| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年人血透治疗耐受性降低的常见原因及预防对策。方法观察1542例次老年人血透治疗中低血压的发生率,同时观察非老年组血透患者低血压的发生率,两组进行比较。结果老年人血透治疗中低血压的发生与每公斤体重超滤量、血透期间进餐等有密切关系,1542例次治疗中发生低血压672次,占43.56%,血压降低者除与每公斤体重超滤量有关外,治疗期间的进餐是影响因素之一。结论减少老年人血透治疗中低血压的发生可通过控制每公斤体重超滤量、给予合理的饮食指导、保持老年人乐观的精神状态等来实现。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the common causes and prevention strategies of low tolerance in old patients with uraemia during hemodialysis. Methods The incidence of hypotension during dialysis was observed and compared between the old people group and the young people group. Results Hypotension of the old patients during hemodialysis was closely related to ultrafiltration volume and havi/lg meal during dialysis. For the former reason, 672 out of 1542 （43.5%） had hypotension, while for the latter reason 186 out of 1542 （27.68%） had it. Conclusion The incidence of hypotension in old patients during hemodialysis is significantly decreased by reducing ultrafihration volume, guiding rational diet, and keeping optimistic, etc. |
