广西部分农村居民肠道寄生虫感染情况调查

目的了解广西部分农村居民常见肠道寄生虫感染现状。方法采用硫酸锌浮聚法对广西6县10个乡（镇）3001名居民进行粪检。结果查见肠道寄生虫4种，总感染率为75．91%，各调查点感染率在54．43％～92.19％之间，其中钩虫、蛔虫、鞭虫和华棱睾吸虫感染率分别为37．32％、36．16％、31．79％和18．63％；在2278例感染者中，感染2种寄生虫以上者为1745例，占76．60％。钩虫感染率女性高于男性；华棱睾吸虫感染率则男性高于女性：蛔虫、鞭虫感染率低年龄组较高，感染率随年龄增高而下降，而钩虫、华棱睾吸虫则相反，感染率随年龄增高而升高。结论广西农村人群寄生虫感染普遍危害严重，有必要针对重点人群进行反复治疗以达到防治效果。

Survey of infectious status of intesfimud parasitic diseases in some rural inhsabitants in Guangxi Region

Objective To find out the infection status of human intestinal parasites in rural area of Guangxi Province. Methods A survey of parasites by fecal examination using zinc sulfate flotation methods was made in 10 townships of 6counties in Guangxi. Results The total infection rate was 75.91% in six counties the infection rate of Hookworm, Ascaris lumbbrieoides, Triehuris triehiura and Clonorchis sinensis were 37.32%, 36.16%, 31.79% and 18.63%, respectively. 4 species of intestinal parasites were found and 1745 residents infected with two species of parasites were proved. The infection rate of Hookworm in woman was higher than man. While infection rate of Clanorchis sinensis in man was significantly higher than woman. Infection rate of Ascaris lumbbrieoides and Tfiehuris triehiura was higher in low age group while infection rate of Hookworm and Clonorchis sinensis was higher in adults. Conclusion Human infection of intestinal parasites were severe in rural area of Guangxi . It is necessary to take effect measure to control human parasites in rural area.
