| Abstract: | Hemostasis and anticoagulation is a pair of contradiction, and inappropriate treatment will inevitably cause the surgical failure and complications. The traditional hemostatic/anticoagulant drugs are used rationally and new drugs are emerging with in-depth study of hemostasis and thrombosis. The development of hemostatic/anticoagulant drugs and its application in perioperative period will be presented in the article. |
