| 摘 要： | 目的:研究层粘连蛋白及其67KD受体在人卵巢癌细胞上的表达,探讨其在卵巢癌发病中的意义。方法:分别设计人层粘连蛋白及其67KD受体两对引物,从细胞中提取总RNA,采用流式细胞术、RT-PCR和Western-blot技术检测层粘连蛋白及其67KD受体在5种人卵巢癌细胞上的表达情况。结果:A2780、Caov3、Coc1、Sw6264种卵巢癌细胞均有层粘连蛋白及其67KD受体mRNA和蛋白质表达,但SKOV3细胞不表达层粘连蛋白及其67KD受体。结论:层粘连蛋白及其67KD受体系统在卵巢癌细胞的表达研究,表明其在卵巢癌发生发展过程中发挥了重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the expression of laminin(LN) and its receptor(LNR) in human ovarian cancerous cells ,and to discuss their pathogeny significance in the ovarian cancerous.Methods:Who were designed laminin and 67KD laminin receptor in two pairs of primers were extracted from the cells of total RNA,using flow cytometry,RT-PCR and Western-blot detection and 67KD laminin receptor in human ovarian 5 the expression of cancer cells.Results:4 Types of Ovarian Cancer Cell,including A2780,Caov3,Coc1,Sw626,had laminin and 67KD laminin receptor mRNA and protein,but no expression of SKOV3 cells and 67KD laminin receptor.Conclusion:LN and 67KD LNR may play an important role in the development of ovarian cancerous cells. |
