2008~2010年我院药品不良反应报告分析

摘    要:目的:了解我院药品不良反应(ADR)的发生情况,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法:收集我院2008~2010年上报的340例ADR报表,将患者性别、年龄、给药途径、所涉及的药品种类、临床表现等进行统计分析。结果:给药途径方面,静滴引起的ADR比例最高;药品类别方面,抗菌药引起ADR比例最高;ADR所累及的器官或系统以皮肤及附件损害占首位。结论:应重视ADR监测工作,更好地保障患者用药安全。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the incidence of adverse drug reactions (ADR) occurring in our hospital for reference of clinical rational drug administration. Method :340 ADR cases reported in our hospital between 2008 to 2010 were statistically analyzed in respect of patients' sex, age, routes of administration, variety of drugs, clinical manifestations, etc. Result:The ratio of the ADR induced by intravenously administered drugs was the highest. Antibacterials were the major causes of ADR. Conclusion : ADR monitoring should be emphasized in order to ensure rational clinical drug administration and patients' safety.
