| 摘 要： | 目的:观察选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂西酞普兰的抗抑郁作用及其不良反应.方法:用该药治疗各种抑郁症32例.用Hamilton抑郁量表评定临床疗效.结果:该药临床显效率达68.75%,总有效率为90.63%.不良反应轻微.结论:提示西酞普兰是一种安全有效的抗抑郁药物.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the anti-depressive effect and adverse e ff ect of a new selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitor,citalopram. Methods 32 pa tients with various depression were enrolled. Hamilton Rating Scale of Depressio n(HAMD) was used to evaluate the clinical response. Results 68.75%patients were improved according to HAMD. The rate of total improvement was 90.63%with mild adverse effects. Conclusion The result indicated that citalopram was a safe and effective antidepressant. |
