非超声乳化小切口白内障术后早期低视力原因分析

目的分析非超声乳化小切口白内障术后低视力主要原因及处理方式。方法回顾分析了1368眼术后低视力的发生率及主要并发症。结果术后1 d低视力的发生率为21.1%,术后3 d为9.35%。结论非超声乳化小切口白内障术效果肯定,但手术并发症是导致术后早期低视力的主要因素,加强手术基本功能有效减少术后早期低视力的发生率。
