强肌合剂治疗ⅡA型重症肌无力80例

目的观察强肌合剂治疗ⅡA型重症肌无力的疗效和安全性。方法将ⅡA型重症肌无力患者80例随机分为中药治疗组（治疗组）40例和西药组（对照组）40例,两组均口服泼尼松,成人开始剂量为60mg/d,每天1次,待病情好转后逐渐减量至每天20mg,维持1.0～1.5年,逐渐减量至停用;小儿按年龄减量。治疗组加用强肌合剂,成人每次20mL、每天3次,小儿按年龄减量,服药1～2年。两组均治疗2年后观察结果。结果总有效率治疗组为80.00%,对照组为35.00%。结论强肌合剂治疗重症肌无力疗效肯定、安全。

Qangji Mixture for Treating Myasthenia Gravis in 80 Cases

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the Chinese medicine Qangji Mixture in treating type ⅡA myasthenia gravis（MG）.Methods From January 1998 to December 2008,80 patients with generalized myasthenia gravis（typeⅡA） were randomly divided into the Western medicine group（A） and the Chinese medicine group（B）,40 cases in each group.Both groups received oral prednisone.The adult patients started at a dose of 60 mg,once daily,after improvement of disease condition,gradually reduced the dose to 20 mg daily and maintained for 1.0-1.5 years,then gradually reduced to stop using.The children patients reduced the dose according to age.The group B was added Chinese medicine Qangji Mixture for 1-2 years.After 2 years of treatment,the efficacy and side-effects were observed and evaluated.Results The total effectiveness rate was 80.00% in the group B and 35.00% in the group A.Qangji Mixture significantly reduced the relapse rate and significantly lowered incidence of side-effects of prednisone therapy.Conclusion The Chinese medicine Qangji Mixture has definite effect on treating myasthenia gravis with safety.
