空心加压螺纹钉治疗股骨颈骨折的临床应用

目的：探讨空心加压螺纹钉治疗股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法：本院自2005年3月至2008年5月,采用手术治疗股骨颈骨折57例患者。根据Garden分型,Ⅱ型7例,Ⅲ型22例,Ⅳ型28例,采用X线透视下闭合复位或开放复位空心加压螺纹钉固定,植骨9例,均为GardenIV型。结果：所有患者均获得随访。平均19个月,愈合时间3～6个月,平均4.2个月。功能按Harris评分标准：优38例,良12例,可4例,差3例,优良率88（。结论：空心加压螺纹钉基本解决了股骨颈骨折的愈合。

The Application of Cannulated Compression Screw in Femoral Neck Fracture

Objective：To explore the effect of cannulated compression screw in the treatment of the femoral neck fracture. Method： From March 2005 to May 2008 , 57 patients with the femoral neck fraction were fixed with cannulated compression screw in our hospital. According to Garden classification,7 were type Ⅱ , 22 were type Ⅲ,28 were type Ⅳ , They were treated with closed reset with X - ray fluoroscopy or opened rest with cannulated compression screw . 9 patients with bone graft were Garden IV. Result： All were fol- lowed up for 19 months on average . The mean union time were 3 to 6 months（4.2 months on average）. 50 were assessed as excellent and good in this series. 4 were fair ,3 were necrosis. The total excellent and good rates of fracture healing were 88%. Conclusion ： Cannulated compression screw can heal the femoral neck fracture.
