中药离子导入关节腔内注射谷慷太林骨肽注射液治疗膝关节骨性关节炎

为探讨中药离子导入配合膝关节内注射谷慷太林骨肽注射液治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。将38例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为两组，对照组19例，治疗组19例；各组患者均行中药离子导入治疗，对照组加口服芬必得300mg，每天2次，治疗组关节腔内注射谷慷太林^R骨肽注射液4ml，每周2次。随访3个月，按治疗前后膝关节骨性关节炎临床评估指数积分差，与对照组比较。结果治疗组优良率91．2％，对照组73．9％，统计学处理具有显著差异(P＜0．0D1)。说明谷慷太林^R骨肽注射液组治疗作用明显优于对照组，能促进关节软食再生与修复，改善滑液代谢，改善膝关节内的紊乱环境，缓解症状，延缓骨关节炎的发展。

THE TREATMENT OF KNEE OSTEOARTHRITIS BY ION-INTRODUCTION OF TCD AND INTRA-KNEE INJECTION OF OSSOTIDE

The objective of the paper is to study the therapeutic effect of ion-introduction of TCD (IITCD) and intra-knee injection of ossotide (IKIOT) on knee osteoarthritis (KOA). Thirty-eight cases of KOA were randomly divided into two groups: the treated and the control (n=19 cases each), which were treated by IITCD and IKIOT (4 ml twice a week) and by IITCD and orally-taken Fenbid (300 mg twice a day), respectively. All patients of the two groups were followed up for 3 months; the integral differences of the two groups were compared with the clinical indices evaluating KOA before and after the treatment. The results showed that the excellent-good rate of the treated group was 91.2 %, while that of the control was 73.9 %, the statistical treatment showed a significant difference (P < 0.001), suggesting that the treated group had an advantage over the control in the therapeutic effect; IKIOT could stimulate the regeneration and repair of the joint cartilage, improve the synovial metabolism and the internal deranged environment in the knee, remit the symptoms and delay the progress of KOA.
