两种剖宫产术后子宫切口愈合情况的超声评价

目的 评价临产前后采取两种剖宫产术式的产妇的腹部切口及子宫切口愈合情况。方法 施行新式剖宫产术的产妇400例为观察组，传统子宫下段剖宫产术的产妇400例为对照组，在手术后5～7d进行超声检查，对临产前后的两组产妇的腹部切口及子宫切口愈合情况进行分析。结果 已临产的产妇腹部切口与子宫切口愈合情况和施行传统子宫下段剖宫产术的相比较无显著差异。临产前的产妇实行新式剖宫产术后子宫切口愈合不良的发生率则明显高于对照组，两组腹部切口愈合情况无明显差异。结论 新式剖宫产术不适宜用于临产前的产妇。剖宫产术后应常规行B超检查了解切口愈合情况。

Evaluation of Incision Condition in Two Kinds of Caesarean Section

Objective To pre and postnatally evaluate the incision condition of parturient women under two kinds of caesarean section.Methods In the study,400 cases who underwent new operation method were compared with 400 cases who underment traditional operation at the lower uterine segment.Ultrasonography was performed to check the incision conditions 5-7 days after operations.Results In the parturient,no significant difference existed between the two groups;in the prenatal women,the rate of bad healing of uterus is greater in the traditional operation than in the new operation method.However,there was difference between the two groups in the healing of the abdominal incision.Conclusions The new operation method is not suitable for the prenatal women.Ultrasonography may be helpful in the incision followed-up evaluation.
