| 摘 要： | 目的：观察氨氯地平对高血压病患左心室肥厚的影响。方法：54例未经正规治疗的原发性高血压患使用氨氯地平5mg每日1次，连用24周。结果：氨氯地平降压总有效率为94％。在降压的同时氨氯地平可降低左心室室壁厚度、左心室重量和左心室重量指数。结论：氨氯地平应用24周可使左心室肥厚逆转。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of amlodipine on left ventricular hypertrophy in patients with primary hypertension. Method 54 cases with primary hypeytension untreated previously received amlodlpine(5mg qd) for 24 weeks. Results The total antihypertensive effective rate of amlodipine was 94%. At the same time amlodipine reduced left ventricuiar wall thickness, left vertricular mass weight and left ventricular mass weight index. Conclusion Treatment with amlodipine for 24 weeks may induce left ventricular hypertrophy regression. |
