整体护理在直肠癌结肠造口患者围手术期的临床运用

目的 探讨整体护理在直肠癌结肠造口患者围手术期的临床运用.方法 回顾性分析我科对2006年2月～2007年2月期间收治直肠癌患者中行结肠造口的患者36例围手术期采取的护理措施和临床效果.结果 经过围手术期的整体护理,本组36例患者均顺利恢复出院.结论 整体护理程序运用于直肠癌结肠造口患者的围手术期护理,能有效的提高了护理效率,减少造口并发症的发生,并帮助患者及其家人更好的了解和掌握造口护理的相关知识,较好的适应造口后的变化,顺利恢复出院,提高了生活质量.

A Clinical Analysis of Using the System Nursing Care for Perioperative Patients with Rectal Carcinoma Undergoing Colostomy

Objective To explore the clinical use about the system nursing care for perioperative patients with rectal carcinoma undergoing colostomy.Methods The clini-cal data of 36 patients with the rectal carcinoma undergoing colostomy were reviewedretrospectively in our department from the Feb.2006 to 2007.Results All patients were cured by the system nursing methods.Conclusion The system nursing care could effi-ciently improve the nursing efficient,decrease the complication of stoma,help the patients and their family better understand and master the knowledge about the stoma,and improve the quality of the stoma patients finally.
