复方利多卡因乳膏对留置尿管手术患者术后尿道刺激的影响

摘    要:目的 观察复方利多卡因乳膏对减轻手术留置尿管患者术后尿道刺激的效果.方法 将80例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用石蜡油润滑导尿管,常规导尿法;实验组在常规导尿法基础上,采用复方利多卡因乳膏作为润滑剂,在插管前用复方利多卡因乳膏注入尿道的方法 .结果 两组患者在术后复苏清醒期、术后6 h、术后12h、术后24 h各时间点尿道疼痛感均有明显差异(P〈0.05);睡眠质量差异有显著性(P〈0.01).实验组患者在术后复苏清醒期、术后6h、术后12 h、术后24 h各时间点尿道疼痛感均明显减轻,睡眠质量好.结论 采用复方利多卡因乳膏导尿法可有效减轻手术后留置尿管患者的尿道刺激症状,改善患者的睡眠,明显提高患者的舒适度.

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of compound lidocaine cream on urethral irritation in patients undergoing indwelling urethral catheter.Methods 80 patients were randomly assigned to receive either conventional catheterization using paraffin oil (control group) or catheterization with application of compound lidocaine cream on the catheter and then infusion of the same cream into the urethra (study group).Results There was significant difference in urethral pain at postoperative consciousness recovery and 6,12,and 24 hours after surgery between the two groups (P<0.05); Sleep quality also differed significantly between the two groups (P<0.01).In the study group,patients had better sleep quality and urethral pain were markedly relieved at the four different time points.Conclusions Compound lidocaine cream is effective in reducing urethral irritation due to indwelling urethral catheter,improving sleep,and significantly increseing comfort in the patients.
