CAF与CMF方案用于局部晚期乳腺癌新辅助化疗临床观察

摘    要:目的比较CAF、CMF两组不同新辅助化疗方案治疗局部晚期乳腺癌的疗效及毒性反应。方法用CAF、CMF化疗方案治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ期乳腺癌94例,3-4周为1个周期。所有患者完成2个周期新辅助化疗后评价疗效。结果 CAF组的总有效率为68.89%(31/45),其中完全缓解(CR)3例,部分缓解(PR)28倒;CMF组的总有效率为 46.94%(23/49),其中CR 0例,PR 23例,P<0.05。两组毒性反应比较:CAF组有较为严重的白细胞下降、胃肠道反应,两组相比有显著性差异,P<0.05。结论两组新辅助化疗方案对乳腺癌治疗均有效,毒性反应均可耐受。CAF组疗效及毒性反应均高于CMF组。

Abstract:Objective To compare the efficacy and toxicity of the CAF、CMF regimen neoadjuvant chemotherapy for local-advanced breast cancer. Methods Ninety four patients with stage Ⅱ、Ⅲ breast cancer received two cycles of CAF or CMF regimen neoadjuvant chemotherapy, and we compare the efficacy and toxicity of them. Results (1) Clinical effect: response rate in the group of CAF and in the group of CMF are 68.89% (31/45) and 46.94% (23/49) ,respectively. (2) Side effect: the group of CAF has more severe bone marrow toxicity and gastrointestinal toxicity than the group of CMF, P <0.05. Conclusions The effect of he group of CAF is better than the group of CMF,but its side effect is more serious.
