| 摘 要： | 自１９８９年４月开始进行了Ｎｄ：ＹＡＧ激光照射人食管组织效应的实验研究，并对３３例食管和贲门早期浅表癌进行了内镜Ｎｄ：ＹＡＧ激光治疗和前瞻性随访。３２例（９７％）经１～６次（平均２．６次）激光照射癌细胞消失，无穿孔等严重并发症。在１０～５５个月随访中，２６例（８１．３％）无癌复发。结果表明，对早期食管癌和贲门病人，尤其是原位癌和粘膜内癌病人，内镜Ｎｄ：ＹＡＧ激光是一种安全有效的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | From April 1989 to December 1993,the tissue effects of Nd:YAG laserirradiation on experimental
human esophagus were studied,and 33 patients with earlysuperficial carcinoma of the
esophagus and the gastric cardia were treated with endoscopic Nd:YAG laser therapy.Of the 33
patients,in 32(97%)the disappearance of the cancer cellswas noted.They were treated 1～
6times(average 2.6)with laser irradiation.No seriouscomplications,such as perforation,occurred
in the series.The patients were followed-up for10～55 months.Anegative biopsy was recorded
in 26(81.3%)of the 32 patients.It issuggested that endoscopic Nd:YAG laser may be a safe and
effective therapy for earlycarcinoma of the esophagus and the gastric cardia,especially for the
patients with carcinomain situ and intramucosal cancer. |
