| 摘 要： | RNA干扰(RNAi)是指生物体内利用双链RNA诱导同源靶基因的mRNA特异性降解,导致转录后基因沉默的现象.近年来,RNA干扰技术在医学研究中的广泛应用取得显著的基因沉默效果,RNAi以其高特异性、高效性等显著优势将成为研究基因功能的新手段.此文综述该技术的发现、定义、机制、特征等及其在肝癌治疗中的应用.
