越婢加半夏汤对过敏性哮喘小鼠血清IgE及肺组织中SOD影响的研究

摘    要:目的 通过研究不同阶段各实验组小鼠血清中免疫球蛋白(IgE)及肺组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力与抑制率的改变,探索越婢加半夏汤对过敏性哮喘小鼠的作用机制。方法 采用卵白蛋白( OVA)、氢氧化铝凝胶混悬液腹腔注射致敏和雾化激发的方法建立小鼠哮喘模型,各组小鼠治疗完成后处死,采用ELISA法检测各组小鼠血清IgE水平,采用WST-1法测定各组小鼠肺组织匀浆中SOD活力水平,肺组织HE染色,观察其病理变化。结果 中药制剂组小鼠与哮喘模型组小鼠相比,前者外周血清中IgE含量下降(P<0.05),IgE在2组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);前者肺组织匀浆中SOD活力与抑制率升高,SOD活力与抑制率在2组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 降低过敏性哮喘小鼠血清中IgE含量及升高小鼠肺组织SOD活力与抑制率水平,提高肺组织抗氧化能力,可能为越婢加半夏汤治疗过敏性哮喘的作用机制之一。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect and mechanism of yuebi Decoction plus Pinellia on allergic asthma in mice by of different stages of each experimental group of mice serum immunoglobulin E (IGE) and lung tissue superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and inhibition rate of change.Method:Using ovalbumin (OVA) and aluminium hydroxide suspension sensitive and atomization excitation by peritoneal injection method to establish a mouse model of asthma, complete treatment of mice in all groups were sacrificed after, using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) were detected in mice serum IgE levels, was measured using the WST-1 assay in mice lung tissue homogenate SOD activity level, lung tissue HE staining observed the pathological changes.Result:Compared to the traditional Chinese medicine preparation group mice with asthma model group mice, the former peripheral serum IgE content decreased (P < 0.05), IgE between the two groups differences have statistical significance (P < 0.05); the former lung homogenate SOD activity and the inhibition rate increased, SOD activity and inhibition of rate there is statistical significance (P<0.05) in the difference between the two groups.Conclusion:Reduced IgE in serum of mice allergic asthma and increased the SOD activity in the lung tissue of the mice and the inhibitory rate and improve the antioxidant ability of lung tissue, yuebi Decoction plus Pinellia treatment of one of the mechanisms of allergic asthma.
