| 摘 要： | Percutaneousethanolinjectiontherapy(PElT)hasbeenestablishedasaninterventionalmethodoftheablationofhepaticmalignancies ,especiallyhepatocellularcarcinoma(HCC) ,sincelong .Itseffectsarebasedoncellulardehydration ,toxicandcoagulationnecrosisandthrombosisofsmallvenuleswithinthetumour .Theresultisfibrosisofthedamagedtissue ,lossoffunctionandshrinkage .Hencethe“ablative”effectofabsolute(95 % )ethanol.Themoreconfinedallylesionthebettertheablativeeffectduetothehighconcentrationofthetoxicliquid .H…
