福建省农村卫生事业改革与发展对策思路

通过调查福建省农村医疗卫生服务体系存在的问题及其原因，提出福建省农村卫生事业改革与发展的对策思路：进一步加强政府对农村卫生工作的领导，增加对卫生事业的投入；改革管理体制，创新运行机制；加强农村三级医疗服务网的“网底”建设，健全乡村卫生服务一体化管理，提高农村医疗卫生服务质量；建立和完善农村社会医疗保障系统，解决农民因病致贫或返贫问题。

Reform and development of rural health in Fujian Province

By investigating the problems and reasons of rural medical service system, this paper proposed the of rural health reform and development in Fujian Province, such as govermnem strengthening rural health works, increasing health investment, management reform, operation innovation, three levels health service network construction, village and town health service integration, improving rural health service quality, rural social and medial security system construction, and solving the problem of low income induce by poor health.
