| 摘 要： | 心房颤动是临床上最常见的心律失常,而认知功能障碍作为老年人常见病多发病,严重影响了老年患者的生活质量,研究表明患有心房颤动的老人更易患老年痴呆症,因为其引发脑卒中及脑卒中后痴呆的危险性远高于正常人.最新的一项荟萃分析发现,即使没有脑卒中,心房颤动也是认知功能障碍的显著危险因素.现结合心房颤动和认知功能障碍的临床研究结果及循证医学依据,探讨心房颤动和认知功能障碍的临床相关性.

| Abstract: | Atrial fibrillation （AF） is one of the most common arrhythmias. Cognitive disorder is a common disease in elderly people. Some studies show that patients suffering from AF present signs of cognitive disorders. A recent meta-analysis shows that AF is one independ- ent risk factor of dementia despite stroke. Our study probes into the clinical relevance between AF and cognitve dysfunction. |
