补肾抗衰片对肾虚痰瘀型2型糖尿病高脂血症患者的影响

[目的]观察补肾抗衰片对肾虚痰瘀型2型糖尿病高脂血症患者的影响。[方法]采用随机数字表法,将80例符合入选标准的患者分为对照组(40例)和治疗组(40例)。所有患者采用饮食控制及运动常规治疗,对照组继续给予二甲双胍每次500 mg,3次/日,拜糖平每次50 mg,3次/日,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用补肾抗衰片口服,6片/次,3次/d,观察8周。观察两组患者治疗前后空腹血糖(FBG)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)等指标变化,高脂血症疗效,中医证候评分及疗效的改变。[结果]治疗后,治疗组FBG、TC、TG、LDL-C及中医证候均明显改善,与治疗前比较有统计学差异(P0.01),且明显优于对照组(P0.05或P0.01);2组HDL-C均有升高的趋势,但与治疗前及两组之间比较无统计学意义(P0.05);高脂血症及中医证候总有效率明显优于对照组(P0.01)。[结论]补肾抗衰片治疗肾虚痰瘀型2型糖尿病高脂血症患者能明显降低FBG、TC、TG、LDL-C及改善中医证候,对高脂血症及中医证候疗效显著。

Effects of the Bushen Kangshuai tablet in patients with T2DM and hyperlipidemia with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome

[Objective] To observe the effect of the Bushen Kangshuai tablet in patients with T2DM and hyperlipidemia with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. [Methods] The 80 patients were randomly divided into control group(40 cases)and therapy group(40 cases). All patients used alimentary control and conventional athletic therapy. Patients in the control group went on to be treated by Metformin and Acarbose. The method of drug administration of Metformin was 3 times one day and 500 mg once. The method of drug administration of Acarbose was 3 times one day and 50 mg once. Patients in the therapy group were given the Bushen Kangshuai tablet that the method of drug administration is 3 times one day and 6 tablet once on the basis of previous therapy. After 8 weeks, the changes of FBG,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C, the curative effect of hyperlipidemia, the curative effect and score of Chinese medical science syndrome were observed before and after administration. [Results] FBG, TC, TG, LDL-C and Chinese medical science syndrome of therapy group were more significantly improved than pretherapy therapy group and fter adiministration control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The data of HDL-C of therapy group had the elevated trend,but it dad not more statistically and significantly improved than pretherapy of control group (P>0.05). The total effective rate of hyperlipemia and chinese medical science syndrome of therapy group were more significant superiority than control group(P<0.01). [Conclusion] FBG, TC, TG, LDL-C and Chinese medical science syndrome can be significantly improved by using the Bushen Kangshuai tablet in patients with T2DM and hyperlipidemia with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. The clinical curative effect of hyperlipidemia and Chinese medical science syndrome was notable too.
