| 摘 要： | 慢性心力衰竭严重危害人们身体健康。通过大量临床观察表明,气虚血瘀是引发慢性心力衰竭的重要机制,并贯穿于心力衰竭的整个病理过程,因此气虚血瘀致脉道不利、心失所养、元气虚脱是慢性心力衰竭发病的关键。运用益气活血法治疗气虚血瘀型慢性心力衰竭常能取得较好疗效。

| Abstract: | The chronic heart failure is seriously harmful to people's health. A large of clinical observation shows that the syndrome of Qi deficiency and blood stasis as the important mechanism of inducing chronic heart failure and involves in the whole process of the chronic heart failure. Therefore, the Qi deficiency and blood stasis leads the blockage of vessel, and the heart failure maintenance, and the promordial Qi collapse, which is the nosogenic key point of chronic heart failure. It usually has good efficacy to treat chronic heart failure with Qi deficiency and blood stasis by using the promoting blood circulation and supplementing Qi. |
