| 摘 要： | 12/15-脂氧合酶是一种催化各种脂肪酸氧化的关键酶,可产生一系列具有生物学活性的脂质成分,并参与调节各种免疫性疾病和炎性疾病的病理生理过程。既往的研究表明,12/15-脂氧合酶及其代谢产物具有促炎和抗炎的双重功能,现拟对12/15-脂氧合酶与心血管疾病关系的研究进展做相关综述。

| Abstract: | 12 /15-lipoxygenase is a key enzyme that catalyzes the oxidation of various fatty acids,producing a series of biologically active lipid composition,involved in the regulation of various autoimmune diseases and inflammatory diseases. Previous studies showed that12 /15-lipoxygenase and its metabolites has a dual function of pro-inflammatory or anti-inflammatory effects. This review will intend to discuss their emerging cardiovascular actions and mechanisms. |
