不同雾化吸入方式对婴幼儿支气管肺炎治疗效果的影响

摘    要:目的探讨氧气雾化吸入与超声雾化吸入对婴幼儿支气管肺炎治疗效果的影响,为选择合适的雾化吸入方式提供依据。方法将120例支气管肺炎患儿随机分为氧气雾化组(氧气组)和超声雾化组(超声组)各60例,两组雾化药物及其他治疗相同。结果氧气组症状/体征改善时间较超声组显著缩短(P〈0.05,P〈0.01)。两组雾化吸入中HR、RR较雾化前显著增快(均P〈0.05),超声组雾化吸入中SpO2较雾化吸入前、吸入后1h显著降低(均P〈0.05);氧气组雾化治疗不良反应如哭闹、冶疗中止发生率显著低于超声组(均P〈0.05)。结论氧气雾化吸入治疗对支气管肺炎患儿刺激性小,患儿耐受性好,适用于下呼吸道疾病治疗。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of different aerosol inhalation ways on bronchopneumonia babies.Methods One hundred and twenty bronchopneumonia babies were randomly divided into an ultrasonic aerosol therapy group(n=60)and an oxygen-driven aerosol therapy group(n=60).The aerosol medication and other therapies were the same in two groups.Results The duration of symptoms/signs relief in the oxygen-driven aerosol therapy group were significantly shorter(P<0.05,P<0.01).HR and RR of the babies in both groups were significantly increased during aerosol inhalation as compared with the results before aerosol treatment(P<0.05 for both).There were significant differences in SpO2 results of babies in ultrasonic aerosol therapy group before,during and 1 h after aerosol inhalation(P<0.05 for all).Occurrences of side effects of aerosol inhalation such as crying and suspension of treatment were significantly fewer in the oxygen-driven aerosol therapy group(P<0.05 for both).Conclusion Oxygen-driven aerosol inhalation therapy brings less stimuli to bronchopneumonia babies and is well tolerated.It is suitable to lower respiratory tract esionl.
