清热降压方抗高血压血管重塑的实验研究

目的 :验证清热降压方抗高血压血管重塑的作用。方法 :采用套尾法测定SHR清醒状态下尾动脉收缩压 ;常规病理切片、HE染色 ,在光镜下观察胸主动脉、肾动脉病理变化 ,并测量其中层厚度 (M)和管腔内径 (L) ,计算二者比值。结果 :清热降压方能够降低SHR尾动脉收缩压 ,改善胸主动脉、肾动脉病理损害 ,降低胸主动脉、肾动脉中膜厚度 /管腔内径的比值。结论 :清热降压方有明显的抗高血压血管重塑的作用。

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF QINGRE JIANGYA DECOCTION ON THE RESISTANCE TO THE VASCULAR SMOOTH MUSCLES CELL PROLIFERATION

Objective: to verify the effects of qingre jiangya decoction on the vascular smooth muscles cell (VMSC) proliferation. Methods: the systolic pressure of tail arterial at the conscious state of SHR was measured with the tying tail method. And the pathologic changes of thoracic aorta (TA) and renal artery (RA) were observed on routine pathogenic section (HE dye) under optical microscope. Then middle layer thickness (M) and lumen diameter (L) of TA and RA were measured, furthermore the ration between M and L was calculated. Results:qingre jiangya decoction can lower SHR's caudal systolic pressure, ameliorate pathologic lesion of TA and RA, and reduce the ration of M/L of TA and RA. Conclusion: qingre jiangya decoction can resist proliferation of the VMSC of SHR.
