我国护士长培训现状研究及展望

摘    要:分析《中国护理事业发展规划纲要(2005年—2010年)》实施5年来我国护士长任职及培训现状,提出我国护士长培训存在目标不明确、层次未细化、课程设置不统一、培训方式多样、培训效果难保证等。同时对我国护士长培训管理加以展望,认为应将培训迁移理论应用于护士长培训中,并建立相应的管理策略,以提高护士长培训效果。

Study on training status quo of head nurses in China and its prospect

Abstract:It analyzed the status quo of being in the office and training of head nurses in China in the past 5 years of carrying out the "Development Plan synopsis of Chinese nursing cause(2005-2010)".It put forward that training goals of head nurses was unclear,training level was not thining,curricula setup was not unified,and diverse training methods,training effect of head nurses cannot be assured and so on.At the same time,it prospected the management of head nurses training in China.It recognized that one should apply the training migrating theory in head nurses training,and establish corresponding management strategies,so as to enhance training effect of head nurses.
